Mobility management can be described as a strategic approach to service coordination and customer service, which enhances the ease of use and accessibility of transportation networks. (1)

Mobility Management (MM) is a concept to promote sustainable transport and manage the demand for car use by changing travellers’ attitudes and behaviour. At the core of Mobility Management are «soft» measures like information and communication, organising services and coordinating activities of different partners. (2)

Mobility in smart and sustainable cities means safe, comprehensive, dependable, efficient, accessible, affordable and environment friendly services for all passengers. (3)
